ACE Equity Group  is a private investment group that specializes in the acquisition of commercial and multifamily properties across the US. Our business model focuses on identifying stabilized and “value-add” opportunities in markets that exhibit continuous appreciation through demographic changes and municipal and cultural initiatives. We have extensive experience in property acquisition, asset management, property management and real estate. We employ a system which seeks potential acquisitions based on the following key points:

Alberto Galante is Managing Partner at ACE. Since 2005, he has participated in many real estate funds and successful investments. Mr. Galante conducts in-depth investment analysis and due diligence on property sales and acquisitions and has developed important relationships with qualified investors and high net worth individuals. He has access to off-market transactions and multiple capital sources. His experience also includes working with investors interested in living in the US. through the EB-5 Visa Program. Alberto is a founder of ACE and Lic. Real Estate Broker in Florida for GALANTE REAL ESTATE.

Joshua Behar is Managing Director, Investments at ACE.  Joshua concentrates his energies on various business development efforts including corporate strategy, acquisitions, capital markets, marketing and fundraising. Joshua brings an institutional mindset to his work, having liaised with some of the real estate industry’s largest and most respected banks, broker dealers, insurance companies, pension funds and private equity players. Joshua brings a research driven perspective to ACE as it seeks to acquire Institutional-class investments. Prior to joining ACE, Joshua spent 6 years at Accesso Partners where he was Associate Director for both Acquisitions and Asset Management. During this period, Joshua was part of a team that acquired approximately $2 billion of Class A & B office buildings across the high-growth secondary markets.  Joshua’s vast knowledge base and investment acumen helped propel the company’s growth in acquiring larger assets and entering new geographical markets.  Joshua is a graduate of Yeshiva University where he obtained his Bachelors of Science in Finance.

Eduardo Dayan is Managing Partner of GRUPO DIM and ACE Equity Group. He has been working in Real Estate since 2003, responsible for the development, design, architecture of more than 8,000,000 sq ft and more than 7000 condo units in Mexico City.  He has a degree in Architecture from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and was awarded the medal of excellence.
